Silk X is fitted with a highly adaptable soft-silicone click sleeve that ensures a level of comfort and retention in the ear formerly reserved for custom-built solutions. The Click Sleeves come in 4 different sizes and a closed and open build version, making it a suitable option for most ear anatomies and audiological needs. Silk X is available in all performance levels.

Signia’s second generation Binaural OneMic Directionality focuses even more precisely on enabling the wearer to hear what matters. Yes. We offer a direct and very convenient remote control of your Silk X hearing aids via our Signia app, which is freely downloadable onto your smartphone.
Yes. Our miniPocket accessory also provides a highly convenient remote control.
With the Twin Phone functionality we offer, activated via the Signia app or miniPocket accessory, you can hear a phone call in both hearing aids if your phone will be held close to one hearing aid. Music and TV streaming are not supported.
Yes. You can use Silk X together with CROS Silk X accessory. They are compatible with each other and provide the best hearing quality together with highest discretion.
